Roadshow Events

The only items we are not accepting right now are glass items and similar breakables. Other than that, we always say if you are unsure of what items to bring, bring them all (if possible). We’re happy to take a look at anything and see every item valued as a chance to enhance knowledge and experience within the valuation team. Nothing is too weird or wonderful and if we don’t have the ability to value on the day, we’ll endeavour to tap into our network for assistance and follow-up if necessary. Also, please bring a form of ID.

You have the choice of an instant Cash payout or an instant BACS (bank transfer) on the day. Cash reserves can be limited and depleted so please visit earlier in the event if possible, or give us a heads up if you are planning to bring in a high value of items for us to potentially buy and we can make necessary arrangements. The majority of our customers choose an instant bank transfer which we do together in person at the event, so please bring along your banking details also.

Please feel free to visit us anytime during the event and there is no appointment necessary. Depending on the scale and demographics of each event & location, there may be a short waiting time or queueing system if we are experiencing a lot of footfall at the time of your visit but we endeavour to see everybody as promptly as possible. If you do have to wait, we will always make sure there’s a waiting area with chairs.
